    Additionally; the wedge is widely used to support pregnant women during Pilates exercises. It is placed under the hips to align the spine and pelvis; helping to relieve pressure and discomfort in the lower back and hips. This accessory is a valuable tool for pregnant women who want to stay fit safely and comfortably during pregnancy through Pilates practice.
