How Fulfillment Works
- Order Processing: After an order is placed, we verify availability and lead times with the brand warehouse before shipment is confirmed.
- Direct Warehouse Shipping: Equipment ships directly from the official brand or authorized distributor warehouse to your U.S. delivery address.
- Freight & Tracking: Large equipment typically ships via freight carrier. Tracking details and delivery coordination are provided once dispatched.
Warranty & Returns
All warranties are backed by the respective manufacturer. Reformer Outlet assists in coordinating warranty claims or returns according to each brand’s official policies.
