Elina Pilates is a globally recognized Pilates equipment manufacturer known for its high-quality Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels, and studio accessories. Through our relationship with authorized U.S. distributors, we offer a curated selection of Elina Pilates equipment for home and studio use.

Core Collab

Core Collab designs modern, space-efficient Reformers and Pilates equipment with a focus on home training and lifestyle-friendly design. We source Core Collab products through authorized distribution channels so you receive genuine equipment with full manufacturer-backed warranty coverage.

Important: Reformer Outlet does not manufacture any of the equipment sold on our site. We act as an online retailer, working with trusted brand partners and their authorized distributors to fulfill your order.

How Fulfillment & Shipping Work

When you place an order with Reformer Outlet, payment is processed securely through our store, and your order is then transmitted to the appropriate brand partner or their authorized U.S. distributor for fulfillment.

Order Processing: After your order is placed, we verify availability and lead times with the brand warehouse before confirming shipment.
Warehouse Fulfillment: Your product ships directly from the official brand or distributor warehouse to your U.S. delivery address.
Tracking & Updates: Once your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and any relevant delivery information.

Elina Pilates Fulfillment

Origin: Ships from the official Elina Pilates U.S. warehouse or designated logistics partner.
Method: Large equipment typically ships via freight carrier; smaller items may ship via standard parcel services.
Delivery Timeframes: Estimated shipping windows are shown on our Shipping Policy page and/or on the product page.

Core Collab Fulfillment

Origin: In-stock items generally ship from a Core Collab partner warehouse (such as their California facility) within the stated processing time.
Method: Reformers and large items ship via freight or scheduled carrier services; accessories may ship via parcel courier.
Delivery Timeframes: Typical estimates are outlined on our Shipping Policy page and may vary based on stock and destination.

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with non-U.S. delivery addresses may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our store policies.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty Handling

Because all equipment is shipped from brand or distributor warehouses, returns and warranty claims must follow each brand’s terms and logistics requirements.

Elina Pilates: Returns, non-returnable equipment, and warranty terms are described on our Return & Refund Policy page. Most large equipment and custom items are non-returnable for change-of-mind, while eligible accessories may be returned within the stated timeframe.
Core Collab: Returns (including the 21-day trial where applicable) and warranty coverage are also detailed on our Return & Refund Policy page. Products must meet condition and packaging requirements to qualify.

Reformer Outlet coordinates your return or claim with the appropriate brand or distributor and will provide step-by-step instructions, including the correct return address and any required documentation.
