What’s the delivery time?
Orders ship within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, we currently ship within the United States only.
How do I report shipping damage or missing parts?
Inspect on arrival and report within 5 business days with photos to support@reformeroutlet.com
What’s your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days (excludes custom/made-to-order). Return shipping applies; payment processor fees are non-refundable.
