    Foldable mat with handles with very comfortable and pleasant to the touch padding of great durability. It adapts to the structure of your body both in static and in movement. Allows muscle toning; increase flexibility and rehabilitation of injuries through specific exercises aimed at continuous evolution.

    The two wooden bars of pleasant touch and great resistance allow exercises that relieve joint tension in the shoulders providing the necessary stability to perform the exercises.

    It is very light and; thanks to its two wooden bars; it is very easy to move wherever you need it. And because it is foldable; you can store it in the space you have at home or in your studio.
